US SAILING sail numbers are issued in Area 'J' to boats owned by resident members in good standing of Yacht Clubs affiliated with the Southern California Yachting Association.

• Fill in form and print it.
• Attach payment.
• Mail to SCYA Service Center
• Close application window when through.

Sail Number Fee:
A one-time fee of of either:
• $75.00 is charged for a 5 DIGIT Sail Number.
• $125.00 is charged for a 4 DIGIT Sail Number.
  
  
• NOTE:$25.00 of the fee for the above Sail Numbers goes to the US Sailing Association to support activities of the National Sailing Authority.

All 1, 2 & 3 DIGIT Sail Numbers are assigned by US Sailing directly.

There is no fee for transfer of ownership.  If you have sold your boat, or moved out of the area, or if it has been destroyed, please advise the SCYA Service Center.
